Suppose Alex uses his income I on two goods: Noodle(N) and Strawberry (S). His tastes are represented by the cobb-douglas function U(N,S)=N1/3S2/3. Noodle sells for PN per unit and strawberry sells for PS per unit.

Assume his friend Kate, who faces the identical income and prices but has a utility function U(N,S)=1/3ln(N)+2/3ln(S). Can we say her demand functions are the same as his without solving the UMP? Please explain.
