Answer #1

Answer -

To reach to the price of the TV surround the cost of the TV surround , the margin of profit and other item related cost such as cost of delivery have to be considered. The costs should not be high enough which fail to persuade the consumer to buy yht product. The costs of handling and installation are also to be considered.

First of all the profit margin would be added up to the cost of the TV surround as decided by the company. Then other costs such as the cost of delivery , service costs have to be added up to reach up the final cost .

Hence the final price will be the cost + profit margin + other item related costs
