Teamwork is a joint effort of a group of people who come together to make good any idea for which a team is formulated and it's members are qualified for achieving a common goal. It helps in getting the work done with each individual contributing their utmost according to their unique expertise in the field of the division of work divided to them.A team has an edge over a solo performer ,where each person feels valuable , is motivated with the group and works to strengthen and gain the upperhand for the team. A team's work is effected by an inefficient member.

In a teamwork it's essential that the group members have a sense of constructive criticism for their each other .By itself it is a self sustaining mechanism .It's an important method for giving shape to last minute project ideas.
