Answer #1

The government should spend significant portion of GDP to education sector amd towards structural reforms as education penetration helps eradicate Illiteracy from bottom of pyramid and helps create additional jobs thus reducing unemployment and thereby leads to rise in national income and reducing income inequality due to its domino effects.

Government can setup free education services, massive open online courses, free technical skill training programme, subsidy to government schools and colleges, raising maximum intake capacity, additional scholarships to meritorious students, tax incentives for startups, etc to create job opportunities and thus reduce income inequality largely.
