Answer #1

If the schools on the east side of town are considered better schools than the schools on the west side of the town, then the housing prices on the east side of the town will be more than the housing prices on the west side of the town because all will be willing to purchase the house near to the school to reduce their time and cost of commutation to school. Thus, prices in the east side will be more than the prices on the west side.

The housing prices in Chicago and San Diego in California are high as compared to the housing prices in other cities. This is because of good schooling and excellent universities located in these areas as compared to other cities of the region. Thus, many people have settled in this area to avail the benefits of better education.
