In order to measure the well being of an immigrant family in my
community. I would see if
1. If they face any discrimination in the community. I would check
if they are discriminated in their workplace, in places of
education etc.
2. See what jobs they perform. If for a period of a decade, they are performig the same job when they came here. I would say that their well being is not increased.
3 . Would check if they own their own house or not. If they own a own house, I would say that their well being increased, if they are still living in a rented house, Their overall well being has not increased.
