Dear employees,

I feel very bad to inform you people that our company is facing a bad phase presently due to which we are forced to enter into a merger with outlr largest competitor, XYZ industries . So in accordance to it , they have allowed 70% our pure workforce to work but other 30% will be removed and even those who are allowed will have to prove themselves in order to stay in the company because according to them , the decline of our company was due to poor performance of the employees and they cannot face such an issue so you are advised to be prepared and even if you people are unable to work here , you should not demoralize yourself. Tehre is a long way ahead.
