The robotech storming into the us market is describes the problems faced by the managing directors of Singapore based company which is industry mainly surgical products .In there robotech made heavy strategic options in their products as well as their strategical movements in the market capturing capability and also their product supply in the market based on demand. The first time they face difficulty to capture the market but after the introduction stage it was going very strategical movement in the better market supply and customer support service is greater because of special product which is unfamiliar in the market and the customers but their most efficient strategic options lead to great succes in their business .
