The business ethics are the rules and standards which are used to decide what is right and what is wrong in a particular business atmosphere . The ethics acts as a unspoken agreement in which a business will organized smoothly and adopting the established principles. Now a days many businesses works with the legitimate guidelines and so that, there is no need for an outside agency to interfere with them.

But in some situations ,the government has entered in to the cases and has compelled a firm to maintain to be more standards of ethics. It is to be said that,most of the regulatory agencies of the government that remains do so, the reason behind is that, a company or a whole industry has ranked benefits or profits over their employees or workers or the environment.
