Being smart is not the same thing as being educated yet a person can be educated without being smart. Education provides individuals the means and attributes to explore the boundaries of their passion. Smart is making the best use of either some or most of these means and attributes

Education is not the measuring yard of smartness of a person.However it is a substantial fact that educated person's outlook would be different and impressive. He will be able to understand the problem and also be able to resolve it systematically,Education makes a person smart by thinking but in action even an educated person won't be a smart performer. If education will be practiced with intuition then the limitation of action could be removed resulting into smart person.
