Bush got to violate that the recount actually violated the American Presenditial election system and it he appealed that it didn't preserve the law of equality as well as uniformity This pressurized the courts to rule the decision in favor of Bush with which many of them were in unfavour of the rule. With thisot only the Florida court which ordered for the recount but also various other courts were seen in light of preserving justice and this made people to lose a bit of faith in the judicial system all in all.
