In your opinion which will be better to give the money to the father or mother which the government give it to the children’s and why?!

In my opinion, the money which the government gives it to the children would be better to give to the mother of the child because I feel that women have better control in terms of financial matters and they can efficiently use the money they have got for their child be it in terms of education or health. Mothers are usually good with handling a child especially a baby and gives more attention to the child. Even though nowadays mothers are equally busy as their fathers because they have their own careers and household responsibilities at the same time, or it may also happen that in some cases the father is more concerned with their child than the mother, in general if the choice is to give the money either to the father or the mother, I believe the money would be better utilised if it is given to the mother.
