I have went through an article about "Jean and Daniel Terry" who have been married for 55 years, and things that I concluded from their interview are:-
1. Couples should talk to each other instead of venting to friends.
2. Couple should never stop creating shared memories.
3. Kids makes marriage stringer.
4. Couples should give each other their personal space.
5. Small family moments should be embraced.
I have never considered the importance of creating shared memories before, but now, as I have gone through this article, I concluded that shared memories motivate people to hold on as they get to feel that they can be happy with the same person for as long as they try and are ready to make mutual efforts.
