NAFTA(North American Free Trade Agreement) it is a kind of agreement and this agreement is made between three countries and they are united state , Canada and Mexican. The tariff barriers which exist between Mexico, US and Canada can be removed with the help of this agreement.

North American Free Trade Agreement is beneficial for United State inorder to remove tariff barriers. It also helps to remove trade barriers and investment opportunities are also improved in a great manner.

Five levels of economic integration are related to each other in one way or other way where an economic integration is an agreement between the countries inorder to reduce tariff and non tariff barriers. The five levels of economic integration mainly concentrate to remove or reduce the tariff and non tariff barriers.
