Good pricing strategy for the sale of cannabis oil sold in Canada that was imported from jamaica

Homework Answers

Answer #1

If Cannabis is legal, what happens is that it would operate in a highly competitive market because there are no barriers to entry and anyone having the required material can grow cannabis as a result of which there are use number of competitors in the market and that is the reason why the better pricing strategy for the sale of cannabis oil is to reduce the price or use a penetration pricing strategy so that the price is lower than it could drive the competition out of the market and more number of customer base can be createdand that is the reason why you have to use a pricing strategy like this and not the ones like skimming etc because you don't have an established brand value
