The US administration is more concerned with reducing unemployment by providing money for jobless people on a weekly basis. And it claims that it is successfully reducing the unemployment rate in the country. But the Fed doesn't seem to be agreeing with this claim. It is the slow and steady policies of the Fed that laid the groundwork for controlling the unemployment to an extent. Even though a public feud between Trump and Fed has been on limelight for quite some time, Fed is not publicly criticizing the administration.
