1 high earnings in ethnic enclaves which depends on quality of enthnic enclaves

2 immigrants experience large employment opportunities in the high quality enclaves

3 immigrants who are low skilled benefits by living in enthinc enclaves

3 facilitates social advantage - like respect for culture , region, attachment with people, safe communities and affordable housing .So many safety nets.

Disadvantage-

1 size of enclave doesn't determine the employment level.

2 this enclaves may reduced employment of high skilled immigrants

3 evidence says that mostly asylum seekers comes in these regions not much evonomic migrants

4 if quality of enclave is low then it can lead to low earnings and employment.
