Answer #1

Immanuel Kant theory

Immanuel Kant was a German philosopher. According to Kant, the criminal actions like theft, murder, telling lies should be prohibited from one’s life. Kant had two questions that he asked himself and wanted everybody to ask themselves. They are:1. do I rationally want every to act according to what I propose? If the answer is no, then we must not do the act. 2. Does the actions which I do help the humans or just use them to fulfill the act? Again if the answer is no, then the work should not be done.

The actions which we do is right or wrong does not depend on the consequences of the actions. We should see that weather the actions are fulfilling our duty or not. These types of theories are known as deontological moral theory.

He would be against for abortion as it a criminal act of offence.

If so, which actions really do end up in this category (or in other words, which maxims does the Categorial Imperative ALWAYS strike down)? B) If this really is Kant's...
