(2) The loss arises in the school (Cl) (may be loss of life, loss of assets, loss due to mental illness among students, etc).
(3) The minimization or decreasing the risk (delta R) of attack. It gives certain amount of relief that the attack is prevented.
Costs: There is only one cost that is the cost of such scanning security (Cs).
If the (net benefit/cost) ratio is more than 1, the implementation should be done. Here the net benefit formula is as below:
