How much power do you attribute to the president in terms of his/her ability to affect the economy? If the economy continues to grow significantly under Donald Trump, do you think his approval ratings will improve?

President Trump has tried several ways to reduce foreign debt . 1. He has altered the trade pattern , negotiated with trading partners which has brought in a certain degree of risk for foreign investors . Steps he wished to take were : US withdrawl from Trans Pacific Partnership , renegotiaton with NAFTA . Such steps will ultimately foster economic growth and a balanced trade situation for US . Politically , this will strengthen his hold on the country's political stibility and will restore people's faith on the government .
