Ahmed started a successful business in Saudi Arabia some years ago, his clients are from all over the kingdom, so he decided to make it more convenience for them to reach his goods by creating a website for online shopping. If his store name was already taken, what are the processes he must follow to file an objection?

He must file an objection by saying that his trade mark which is his company name is obtained by some other company ,so all his customers are buying those company products thinking that is his name. Using this as a reason Ahmed can file case to remove that store name and approve him to keep that name. This is a genuine reason his clients are all over the kingdom who are buying clothes from him. Hence Ahmed can file the case using the objection that his trade mark is taken which is his store name.
