Answer #1

The largest source of capital to Latina America is the factor income coming from abroad by their immigrant workers. It can be understood by the case that when remittance of capital to all the countries were decreasing, at that time, factor income coming to the Latin America has been increasing. For example, it was 7.4% in 2016 to the Latin America, where the other areas such as Asia-pacific region, North America, Africa and Middle-east were facing the negative growth to remittance coming to their region. In that year, $574 Billion Remittance took place and out of that, over $74 Billion went to the Latin America. So, it is said that largest source of capital to Latina America is the factor income coming from abroad.
