3 usa economy is biggest in world and as such these companies want to benefit from huge market of usa

4 funds in usa are cheaply available as due to being largest economy most of the world investors invest in usa

5 patents, copyrights, trademarks etc are strongly protected by usa law

6 usa has good trade agreements with many of the countries of world and any firm operating from USA faces less restrictions in other countries

7 USA policies and institutions have also been supportive.
