If worker asks for increasing wages then the cost for the company increases. This is because they will have to pay a higher wage to the worker as compared to before which will decrease the profits for the company. The government on the other hand is affected because their spending can be reduced. As workers wages increase, they earn higher income and the government does not have to provide them with programs for accessing facilities like good nutritious food, healthcare or other essentials.

The worker benefits with an increase in the wages as their standard of living improves. They can afford more goods and services or save the money.
