There are three phases in role play experience, these phases are, Development,Enactment,Debriefing.

Development: in order to achieve goals and objectives, it is very important to develop role play carefully and objectively.

Enactment: in this phase, information and creative scenarios are presented to trainee about the roleplay. By enacting the role, trainee understand each other and study the role better they are supposed to be performed.

Debriefing: it is the most important phase is role playplay. This phase provides immediate feedback to the trainees and a discussion workshop is held in which all the questions of the participants are answered.
