Answer) when we talk about GMO's , we have to understand that there is definitely a difference from natural process and while it may be safe for someone, it may not be the case for others owing to reasons such as allergy or immunity system,so GMO's does raise a legitimate safety hazard concern in some cases.Yes government agencies should take more initiatives in order to make sure there is not a possibility of toxic reaction taking place,danger of virus owing to alterations. Coming to problem of labeling unfairly stigmatizing GMO's, I do not believe labeling does that,it is merely providing information to the customer which is their right,in addition labeling means companies have to align with certain requirements and better processes to meet those requirements which is not unfair.
