Its utmost important for employee to be cultural fit as this helps reduce employment turnover rate, boosts employees morale, enhances employee cohesiveness and thus creates higher satisfaction and thus efficiency level is maximised.

Culture extends to personal lives as it is vast ocean of vakues which person absorbs and utilises for betterment.

There are certain drawback to uniform comlany values as this can lead to stagnant growth jf they are not updated and too much cultural fitments based hiring can lead to increased costs and delays in recruitment processes.
