there can be many reasons why it can be mentioned that United States and Latin American countries have developed in different ways where United States has a substantial upper hand in terms of development and this is because of the fact that the government policies of United States are drafted in such a way that they would encourage new business services to float up in this give room for entrepreneurship up and apart from that when considered the case of research and development, the United States spent a lot on education and research so that new services and products have emerged out of it unlike the Latin American countries which always look for self sustainance despite having abundance of natural resources. All these reasons might have triggered United States to develop at a higher rate
