Yes, this will increase the motivation amongst the employees as the company is offering 1% share of the profit to the employees, so this means that the more profit Lewis Vacation Rentals will earn the more will be the benefit to the employees as their pay would increase proportionally and the employees would work more efficiently to increase the profits of the firm and which would be beneficial for the firm. Also several research and syrveys have shown that money is the best motivator sothis plan will increase motivation.
