1) Lowering the public transport fare and this is because by reducing the public transport fare, more people prefer to use the common transport with which the substitute car and their own vehicles will be reduced and this can reduce emissions on the whole and this is one potential policy

2) restriction of automobile engine quality to a very critical extent so that the emissions will get as minimum as possible where the policy can include the engine specifications as well as the output emissions factor as well
