The United Sates remain a strong liberal democracy because of the following reasons:

1. Free press - Media is free to publish the news and media has also questioned government policies at various points of time and has always spoken and written against unfair government policies and practices.

2. Going to Court is also not controlled - The number of lawyers per 100,000 people in America is high as compared to other developed nations of the world.Americans also have faith in their judicial system as the system in fair and unjust.

3. Courts are independent in America - The courts are free to announce their decisions without any government pressure.

The above examples show that U.S constitution has organized a liberal democracy.
