It will give exact data on the record for further procedure or meetings .

step 2 - To take client's or customer's feedback about quality & service .

It is important data to know client's psychology & gives indication where to proceed in market .

step 3 - To take feedback from employees regarding their problems & expectations .

It is the most important feedback . without knowing & solving this , its not easy to fulfill client's demands .

step 4 - Check whether the audited data correlates with employee's feedback or theres any contradiction at some point .

If theres any contradiction , it should be discussed with employees to know exact situation . After completing this step , the management meeting can come to some conclusion .
