You work for an American firm which is setting up a branch office in Qatar. How should you react to women in your workforce who wish to relocate to Qatar with your firm?

Here one has to consider that Qatar is entirely a different country when compared to that of the United States where the climate, religious norms, laws and practices are totally different. Especially for women in the middle East countries like Qatar, there are certain rules and regulations which are to be followed. Therefore, as a manager of the firm, I would arrange a session with a localities of Qatar describing the ways to stay there and even after that session, if the women are ok with the norms, then permission might be granted regarding their relocation.
