Many usually list freedom of speech as their favorite Constitutional right. How free should it be? Freedom of Speech is meant to be one such constittional right where the main aim is to provide the citizens to express their views freely but at times, certain limitations can also act against freedom of speech with some unnecessary allegations etc. At such situations,the citizens must consider the ethical or the moral aspect into play before using their right. In the article, certain issues were mentioned where the freedom of speech did not work against the citizens of the country. At such cases, the law might take into consideration regarding the speech made and whether it is highly provocating or not. Threfore freedom of speech is a wonderful right but citizens has to consider the moral aspect of it on the whole.
