Discuss the possible problems that might occur when developing a questionnaire. When should questionnaires not be used?

The possible problems with the questionnaires are that they have limited choice of responses and if the choice of an individual is not mentioned he will not be able to give much subject insight.

Also some people lie to make them to look, they will not give the true insight of the scenario.

Sometimes the questions asked are inappropriate and irrelevant and do not allow to gather much information.

Questionnaires should not be used when there is not much previous information available about the scenario. Also when the people filling up the questionnaires are the not educated or when there is language barrier.
