Bargain power of buyer is higher because they are less in number to buy airasia at a competitive prices and also their cost of switching from one product to other also is less.

Factors :

1) to provide higher quality products: if someone provide better quality at cheaper cost then their bargain power is higher.

2) better costumers service: this is also matter most as this affect bargaining power directly.

3) low prices: this makes competition toughesr as many buyer are there to provide services.
