Demand for young Australian Labour is less demanded as their experience, skillsets and expertise is lower compared to senior management and due to higher degree of layoffs which is usually conducted at junior levels the unemployment rises substantially causing overall supply of labour force to go up which is unemployed. This causes the demand to go down considerably amidst recession.
