Multinational retailers operates in its home country, as well as in other countries around the world. They believe in licensing rathen than giving franchise. It is a centralized model as headquarters set in their home country and then build various manufacturing plants and production facilities in other countries and provides a standardized product. Internationalisation is done with the growth motive not because they covered their home country market i.e. saturation.
