Unions function similarly in US and India since they are Democratic nations however laws and governance mechanisms are different. In China there is clear cut autocracy and communism hence laws get biased and have favouritism.

Convergence of labour relations is highly important to ensure level playing field and better pursuit of protocols across globe through commensurate industry standards and emforce justice and rights of each party involved.
