Answer #1

Answer 1:

Push promotional strategy is used for lower cost items or products of daily needs where the consumers make the decision on the spot. For instance, sugar , tea and coffee. It is generally used by new retailers in the market.

Once the new brand has developed its customer base in the market, then pull marketing strategy works better. It works well for visible brands or where brand awareness is high as it helps in creating additional demand of the product in the market. The best mode of pull marketing strategy is advertising.
