Answer : 1) Yes, I have a lotion business which moisturize the skin and relief from itching problem.

B2B and B2C are two business transaction process of goods and services. In B2B process one business sell it's products to other business and in B2C one business person sell it's products to consumers directly. The cost of production in B2B process is higher than B2C process.

I am more interested in B2C process for my lotion business. Because in B2B process other business persons looks on the feature of lotion which moisturize the skin to attract the consumers but in B2C process consumers looks on the benefit of lotion which relief from itching problem. Therefore, profit is higher in B2C process.
