Great leader is required to give great start to a business. Leader can take business to new highs. First, for becoming great leader, leader must have quality of being flexible. He must be adaptable to changed conditions and circumstances. Goverment policies, strategies of competitors keep on changing, so the leadership must also be flexible to meet these new challenges.

Second, leader must have reliable communications with its subordinates and other concerned peers. it enhances better understanding and team work is promoted.

Further, leader must be patient enough to withstand adverse and untowards incidents. Last but not least, for becoming great leader, responsibility is critical factor. He must be responsible while carrying out varied duties and functions.
