Yes, certain governance measures and institutions are needed for the internet especially for the sites that can be provoking to the young blood especially college students on the whole. This can be helpful in reducing the psychological provocations and also the psychological defects on the whole. For examples, restrictions on some wild adult sites can reduce the fantasy intensities on the students which can be helpful in reducing the adult crimes on the whole.
