Answer #1

Pharmaceutical company needs to be very focussed on its research and development that will make it survive in the industry where the goods are considered to be of very high importance.

A company in this industry first of all has to be certified only then it would be able to work further as this industry is very restricted with government laws and varios similar affiars because of the strategic importance of the industry.

Secondly a coompany in medics sales through quality assurance and then requires accessibility and availability through proper distribution.

Sales is not that much priority but product ptomotion after market research needs to be focussed.

Hence the ranking could be made as follows-

Legal and governmental affairs

Quality assurance

Market research

Distribution

Manufacturing

New product development

Product promotion

Human resources

Sales
