In a one paragraph explain what is the basic idea of nudging

In case of organ donation, people deep down want to donate organs but due to singe or the other reasons during their life don't get down to registering their names in organs donors list.

So here if we apply nudge policy, it can work.

For example Spain operates an 'opt out' system where all citizens are automatically registered organ donation, but they can walk out whenever they want.

i.e this is voluntary that is you can 'opt-out' whenever you want.

Because of thisbuffer policy, Spain is a world leader in organ donation.

So, Nudging is a relatively fine drawn policy change that motivates people to make decisions that are in their Broad self interest.
