A good research regarding small business should take place before the business is setting up. Researching and knwing about previous history of related small businesses are called research about it. A good research should always take into account the all possible observations so that the accuracy of the outcome remain maintained.

However a good discussion regarding small business can take place any time. A good discussion is always done for betterment and implimentation of new and innovative ideas. While discussing, many new ideas may come up regarding the business that may lead to a profitable outcome.
