1 since people usually do not know about specifications of computers and that too particularly of new ones I will try my best to inform customers about specifications and why new computers are better than their existing ones
2 I would create full profile of potential customers like how much income they have, their preferences, their age and Sex, their education status etc. This will help in targeting and satisfying customers in better manner
3 will find problems faced by consumers and to provide appropriate service
4 would explain the customers what comparative advantage they will get from us than from competitors
