US Constitution is definitely living documents as many government have made amendments to existing laws which no more serve the nation or are barriers to socio cultural growth and thus needs changes according to times. Such bills are passed by majority of bith houses which then thus becomes an Act.
In brown vs board of education case the landmark judgment by SC declared establishing seperate schools for black and white americans to be unconstitutional as it violated Equal Protection Clause and was one of strongest and legally correct decisions to eliminate grounds kf discrimination in education sector.
