Heroic leadership is a concept where the leader assumes to be a great problem solver, decision maker, full of responsibility and the sole organizer. In today's organisation culture it sounds different. Because of this aggressiveness quality of heroic leadership the organisation suffers. The problems may be

1 It reflect over utilisation of authority. It otherwise means over control of the organisation.

2 it also leads to underestimating the subordinates.

3. If the leader solves all the problems, he gets less time for stretegic planning.

4. Democracy may be violated

5. Unilateral decision making.
