There is an inverse relationship between the economic and educational opportunities for females. As the economic and educational opportunities fro women will increase/ decrease, the birth rate in the economy will decrease/increase. This relationship exists because research has shown that women who are empowered through education tend to have fewer children and also have them later. The research has also shown that educated women tend to raise healthier children. More economic opportunities also tend to make women earn more money with which to support their families, thus contributing more to the community's economic growth. Thus, education girls can transform the whole community.

Thus, empirical evidences clearly show that there exists negative relationship between birth rates and the economic and educational opportunities for females.
